Deb specializes in single-family homes throughout Central Oregon and its surrounding communities. She provides market insights and data-driven comparative market analyses tailored to each neighborhood: Bend, Deschutes River Woods, La Pine, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, Terrebonne, Tumalo, Prineville.

Her strong background in marketing and negotiation gives her a distinct advantage to help sellers achieve top dollar, while protecting buyers from overpaying. What sets Deb apart is her 360 approach:
She has strong problem-solving skills and a trusted network of industry professionals who are part of her referral team, such as: mortgage brokers, escrow officers, home stagers, photographers, contractors and landscapers. Her streamlined style yields stressless + positive results.
Originally from Los Angeles, Deb earned her degree in English from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She began her career with Sports Illustrated, which brought her to New York City, where she spent 25 years working with iconic publications including Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, Bon Appétit, and Town & Country.
She later moved to Seattle to become the launch Publisher of Luxe Interiors + Design PNW, where she spent 16 years working alongside top real estate professionals helping them host open houses while marketing their business to the top 2% wealth in the PNW
And it was at Luxe that her passion for real estate took hold - eventually leading her to transition into the industry full-time when she moved to Bend five years ago - Deb brings expertise and enthusiasm to every deal and she understands that buying and selling a home is not about real estate - it’s about your life.
When not working, you’ll find Deb enjoying everything Central Oregon has to offer, especially, kayaking, cooking, concerts, dog parks and spending time with her two cocker spaniels, Finnegan and Scout!
